Sunrise Apartment is newly built, luxury residential complex, located on the west side of Golden Sands resort, in the quiet and calm of a beautiful forest. The residential complex is in very close proximity to the centre of the Golden Sands, yet the forest shields it from the busyness of the resort and provides ample opportunity for calm and quite recuperation.

The two bed apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, which opens up onto a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool - ideal for enjoying late night alfresco drinks! Tasteful and elegantly furnished, the apartment offers everything you could possibly require whilst visiting Golden Sands Resort.

The main living area has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with living room. The area is spacious and well designed and fully equipped with TV, DVD and music system to ensure that the kids will never get bored!!

The two double Bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and also open up onto the balcony. The bedrooms will provide for a comfortable nights sleep and a TV is fitted in the room to keep you entertained at night.

The new state-of art building is 600 m away from the beach strip or 15 minutes by foot. The transport between Golden Sands and the big city of Varna is well organised. Apart from the bus lines connecting the resort to the city and to the airport as well, there are a lot of minibuses and private taxis. Because of the big competition the prices of the tickets are moderate.

Some interesting places to visit near Golden Sands are Alaja rock monastery. It hosted Hesychasts in 12th century and has an interesting history. Nowadays only a small part of the frescoes are preserved but the experience of being in a monastery nestled on a high steep rock is unforgettable. The monastery is declared a cultural sight and houses a small museum.
