This new built 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom villa is ready to make your holiday in Bulgaria very pleasant. The location of the villa is in a brand new villa complex with community pool in the resort Kranevo.

The property has 2 brand new furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms on each floor, terrace, brand new Italian style furnished kitchen and an air conditioned lounge area. The kitchen area includes everything you need to prepare your meal and everything is brand new. Both bedrooms are well furnished and have exits to the terrace.

The villa is a few minute walk from a large variety of bars and restaurants. There is a very attractive beach bar with pool in Kranevo. It offers you also to choose from 3 disco clubs where to party. You can find the 24 hours open supermarket very close to the property. Fruit shops and vegetable market are also available in a very close distance. One of the most famous resorts on the Bulgarian black sea coast Albena is less than 10 minute drive from Kranevo. People are available to reach Albena even walking towards the beach, that means 20 minutes walking from the villa Marbella to Albena.

Albena is a large and up to date resort centre with large variety of bars, restaurants, cafes and disco clubs. Many of the big hotels there offer the daytime visitors great solutions for spa, beauty or health treatments. Albena offers also very attractive waterfront sports like jet-skiing, parasending, banana ride, amfibia ride.

Kranevo is 25 km north of the city of Varna, which is the Bulgarian sea capital. You can find there one of the best beach disco clubs, famous restaurant chains, lots of cafes and fashion boutiques. All these accessible with only less than 20 minutes drive.
