We are pleased to offer you this amazing 2 bed maisonette with three sea view terraces, and a large roof top terrace overlooking Varna city and out towards the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. The apartment is situated right in the centre of the city and if you are looking for an apartment, close to all the city amenities, Varna beach and many other attractions of the second largest city on the Black sea coast can offer, then you have come to the right place.
The apartment itself is modern and new. From the secure main door you walk straight into the 120 square meters of apartment. You enter the entrance hallway, off the hallway you have a main bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite (bath, toilet and wash basin), also the first of three terraces is just off this bedroom.
From the entrance hallway you take the stairs to the second floor. Here you have the through living and kitchen area. The living area comprises of a sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs for 4. the large self catering kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for long term rental. The lounge area has good sized windows (with door) looking out over the second terrace and out towards the city and the sea. From this terrace you have a further staircase leading to the large panoramic city, sea view terrace.
Off the living area there is the second bedroom, and comprises of two single beds with door leading to the third and final terrace.
