Montgo Villas occupies a prime position in the villa zone of Balchik. Situated on the hillside, this front line property is elevated above almost everything. From the raised terrace down to the pool side you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic views towards Albena, Golden Sands and beyond, with the coastline stretching as far as Balchik and the Kaliakra peninsula. Swim in your own pool or just laze on one of the many sun loungers around the garden and admire the panoramic views of the Black Sea, watching the ships and yachts set sail across part of the former Byzantine Empire.

These two villas have three comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedrooms offering en-suite facilities, along with patio doors leading to balconies with splendid views, separate toilets and shower rooms, living areas, dining area, a new galley style kitchen featuring a wide range of amenities including an oven, hob, a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The villas are set in its private garden with traditional Bulgarian outdoor seating and BBQ area.

This holiday property also offers on site secured parking for those who wish to rent a car and full villa alarm systems.

A short taxi ride can take you to either Balchik or Albena. Balchik is a small fishing town is filled with pavement cafes and designer boutiques. For culture-vultures, the botanical gardens is one of Bulgaria’s top tourist attractions on the black sea coast.

Balchik offers a great selection of cafes, restaurants and discotheques. There is also a small water park on the esplanade which is great for kids. Sea fishing is also possible in the harbour. If you rent a car you will be able to access some of the quietest and most unspoilt beaches (that most holiday makers never see) in Bulgaria, which are just a few kilometers north of the White Lagoon resort and with the proposed golf course planned for 2008, you’ll agree there is something for everyone with this beautiful rental property.

Albena is a large and modern holiday centre with a 5 km long wide white sandy beach. There is an excellent selection of bars, cafes and restaurants, and the large hotels can offer daytime visitors a great range of spa, health and beauty treatments if you are in the mood to pamper yourself.
